You agree to clearly disclose your refund, cancellation, and return policies to your customers.
You are solely responsible for any disputes, chargebacks, or refunds arising from your transactions.

4. Fees & Settlement

Fees for our Services will be communicated to you separately (e.g., transaction fees, service charges).
Net settlement amounts (after applicable fees) will be transferred to your designated bank account within the timelines agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold or delay settlements in case of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory requirements.

5. Data Privacy & Security

You must implement reasonable security measures on your end to protect your customers’ data.
You agree to comply with PCI DSS and other applicable data security standards.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for:

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the last three (3) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexus Payment Sdn. Bhd., its employees, directors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of our Services.
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Any dispute between you and your customers.
